Refund and Cancelation Policy



  • Customers have up to 7 days after delivery date of the order to start a return.*


  • Returns are accepted for any reason up to 7 days after delivery date of the order. Condition of item must be in original item packaging and original condition received. Tags for clothing must be still attached. Partial or no refund may be advised if item is returned tampered, used, or missing.


  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.

  • Refunds can take up to 15-30 business days to process after the return has been received.


  • Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges/refunds. Should you receive a damaged item, contact us as soon as possible for assistance.


  • Exchanges are not offered for any product.

*Applies to all orders except custom orders.



  • All orders can be canceled up to 12 hours after the time the order was placed for a full refund. If after 12 hours, cancellations may not be accepted due to processing and shipping. Contact us via email for assistance.


  • Custom order requests can be declined at our discretion, if we are unable to create the design requested. You will be notified as soon as possible should this occur.
